Peg is the product of a love of design, experimentation and craft. Formed in mid 2014, Peg is a relatively young company; but what we lack in age we make up for in passion. Karen’s design background and Robert’s technical skills allow Peg to function seamlessly, meeting the needs of all our customers - from individuals to large organisations.

We work on the VLS4.60 Universal Laser System. Universal Lasers are rated one of the highest quality laser machines available in the market today. The quality of our tools is extremely important, we know that accuracy and attention to detail greatly affect the outcome for our customers and their particular markets.

Karen has a background in Visual Communication design and always strives to create simple, innovative and effective solutions to any given task. She has produced work for Yahoo Entertainment, Olay, New Zealand Herald and Trelise Cooper, as well as an array of local and national organisations. Her attention to detail and passion for design and craft ensure that everything Peg creates is to the highest standard. When she’s not keeping everything looking stellar here she maintains a highly popular blog for creatives.
Robert has a background in technology, design and business that helps keep Peg running smoothly day to day. He has worked on projects for Disney, Nickolodean and Turner Broadcasting, as well as taught graphic designers at Massey University. When not helping out with Peg he keeps his own mobile apps and software business humming along.
Otis has experience in design, craft and photography. She joined Peg in 2016, bringing with her over five years of industry design experience from both local and international projects. She has a keen eye for up and coming trends enhanced by her love of interior design. When Otis isn’t in the studio she can be found spending quality time with her two gorgeous children.
Grace joined the Peg Creative team in 2015. Her expertise lie within production, Grace’s sound knowledge of the laser machine and materials allow for us to produce great quality products with quick turn around times. Outside of the studio Grace has a passion for sports, arts and animals.
Plunket is our resident turtle and has been a member of Peg since day one. She welcomes clients upon arrival to the studio and has a soft spot for entertaining young children. Her favourite past times involve rock climbing and blowing bubbles.
