What materials can I cut and engrave?
We offer cutting (up to 12mm depth with 0.1mm accuracy) and engraving on a huge variety of materials. These include wood, acrylic, glass, foils, natural leather, foam, stone, rubber, textiles, card, paper, food and more! We are also able to mark into a variety of metals. Please note that if your material contains PVC, we will not be able to cut or engrave it.
How big is your cutting bed?
610x455mm. The bed can be lowered to 225mm for engraving large objects. Our rotary attachment allows engraving of circular materials up to 200mm in diameter.

Do you have a minimum quantity?
Not at all! We love to embrace creativity here at Peg and we understand that one-off projects can be a lot of fun that should never be turned away!
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept cash or direct deposits into our New Zealand bank account. We're working on accepting EFTPOS and Credit Cards soon.
Can you deliver?
We can ship in New Zealand and internationally. Delivery times and pricing can be quoted on request.
Can you supply materials?
We certainly can! We keep some materials in stock on the premises and are able to order in any specific materials you may request.
What file formats do you accept?
Files to be cut must be presented in vector format in one of the following file types: .eps, .svg .cdr .ai .des .cmx or .pdf. If you do not have access to these programs, your art work (or sketch) can be converted into a vector format by our designers from as little as $10. Files to be engraved can be presented in any file format; however, Word documents are not recommended. If your design is in Word, please export it as a .pdf first to avoid disappointment.
Can you do non-laser cut or engraved designs?
We certainly can. Our designer has vast experience in graphic design, including logo design, branding, brochures, flyers, booklets, websites and advertising.
How fast can you do my job?
Each job is unique and the specifications of it will affect how long it takes. Our turn over for most small to medium sized projects is 3-5 business days though if you're in a rush let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate.
How much do you charge?
Every job is unique and is priced accordingly to the time it takes the machine and our staff to process it. It’s impossible to guage how long a job will cost without having a visual. Please contact us for a quote.
