CreateWe offer a large range of custom design and craft services. Whether you need assistance with corporate identity, event signage, cake toppers, custom decor or wedding invitations, we’re here to help. Our over 10 years' design experience, combined with our unique in-house production technology, means you can count on our visual solutions to leave a great lasting impression.

Cut & EngraveOur in-house laser machine and vinyl cutter provides us with the ability to quickly and accurately cut and engrave a wide range of materials. Acrylic, wood, vinyl and card are our most popular requests, but we're certainly not limited to these. Bring your own vector files and materials along or make use of our readily available supplies and design expertise.

FinishingWe’ve been perfecting the art of craft since launching in 2014. A careful eye for detail is a must when hand-mounting signage and displays, and this is something on which we pride ourselves. All our wooden products are meticulously sanded and our acrylic is carefully peeled and polished prior to dispatch, resulting in the high-quality tactile finish for which we're known.

Yes, we would love to help! Please get in touch to tell us about your project and design needs.

You bet! Our designers have vast experience in graphic design, including logos, branding, brochures, posters, business cards and adverts.

We sure can! If you’re supplying your own files to be cut, they must be presented in vector format in one of the following file types: .eps, .ai., svg., cdr., des., .cmx or .pdf. If you don't have access to the programs that create these, don't worry! Your artwork (or sketch) can be converted into vector format by our designers from as little as $10. Files to be engraved can be presented in any high-resolution file format, but Word documents are not recommended. If your design is in Word, please export it as a PDF first to avoid disappointment.

LaserWe offer cutting (up to 10mm depth with 0.1mm accuracy) and engraving on a huge variety of materials. These include wood, acrylic, foils, natural leather, foam, stone, textiles, card, paper, food and more! We are also able to mark into a variety of metals. Please note that if your material contains PVC, we will not be able to cut or engrave it on our machine. Our most popular materials are bamboo, pine and acrylic. We keep a range of readily stocked materials.

VinylWe have over 60 vinyl colours available for you to select from, which are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Please get in touch to let us know your requirements.

We certainly can, and we prefer it this way. We keep some materials in stock on the premises and are able to order in any specific materials you may request.

Our laser cutting bed is 610mm x 455mm. The bed can be lowered to 225mm for engraving large objects. We're also able to offer mounted signage at sizes up to 800mm x 600mm. Please get in touch to discuss any items that may exceed these dimensions and we can provide recommendations. Vinyl is available at 580mm x 5000mm.

Not at all! We love to embrace creativity here at Peg, and we understand that one-off projects can be a lot of fun!

Yes! You’re welcome to visit us at the office; however, we’re frequently occupied with current projects or out meeting our suppliers, so please get in touch beforehand to arrange an appointment – that way, we can ensure you’ll have our undivided attention.

Each job is unique, so the specifications of your project will affect how long it takes. We recommend allowing two weeks for most small to medium-sized projects – if you're in a rush, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We can ship within New Zealand and internationally. Delivery times and pricing can be quoted upon request.

Since every job is unique, we price them according to the time it takes the machine and our staff to process them. It’s (unfortunately) impossible to gauge how long a job will cost without having a visual, so please contact us for a quote.

We accept cash, all major credit cards and NZ bank deposits. Custom payment plans are also available upon request.

While we do our best to ensure that everything is packaged safely before leaving the studio, sometimes damages can occur in transit. If this happens, please get in touch immediately and we'll do our best to come up with a solution: often this will be remaking the product and lodging a claim with the courier company. In some instances, you'll be given the option of a refund or to keep the existing product at a discounted price if the damage is minimal. Damages must be reported within seven days of delivery.

Yes, for larger-quantity orders we’re more than happy to discuss wholesale rates. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
