We offer a huge range of materials, fonts, finishes and even customised illustrative features to ensure the design reflects you and your event perfectly. Our cake topper order process

Step One Inquire

Send us an email letting us know what you’d like your topper to say. This message is also the perfect time to bring up any strict deadlines and give us an indication on sizes, colours, materials, styling, graphics and quantities you may already have in mind.

Step Two Connect & Quote

We reach out to you and discuss more about your topper. After we understand your vision we present information finalising the request along with a quote outlining expenses.

Step Three Onboard

After you’ve said yes; we move forward by presenting a range of fonts, and material samples to select between for your custom design.

Step Four Payment

At this stage we send through an link to your account. We require payment to be made prior to presenting proofs of designs for approval.

Step Five Design

You will be presented with a full digital proof of the recommended final design solution. At this time we are able to make any small tweaks needed to refine the design to perfection.

Step Six Production

Once final approval is received; we then push your project through into our production queue.

Step Seven Dispatch

After it’s mini photoshoot in our studio your topper will be carefully packed for dispatch or available for collection from our Takapuna studio. Enjoy your cake!
