Peg Creative reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and/or pricing without notice.

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is solely used for the purpose of processing your order.

Payment

We use Shopify Payments as a payment method on our website. It is a globally renowned service and one of the safest options available on the internet. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers within New Zealand. We require payment to be cleared in full prior to the dispatch of products. We charge 15% GST on all orders shipped to New Zealand addresses.

Production Timeframes

We recommend allowing two weeks for most small to medium sized projects - if you‘re in a rush please let us know and we‘ll do our best to accommodate.

Please note production timeframes may be extended during peak months such as the lead up to Christmas or Wedding season.

Safety

We recommend displaying products out of reach from small children. Our items are not intended as toys or to be played with. Many items are of a fragile nature and smaller components may pose a choking hazard.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We take careful consideration to double check each order prior to dispatch.
You’re welcome to collect your product from our Takapuna studio once a collection email has been received. All other items are couriered with New Zealand Post Courier.

If for any reason your product has arrived and is not correct through the fault of Peg Creative as per your order (incorrect material, font, spelling etc) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel for a refund or remake. Please include a photograph and clear description of the issues in your email along with your order number (if purchased via our online shop).

We do not offer refunds or replacements if the customer has;

  • – changed their mind
  • – found a spelling error in their original order request or previously approved digital proof
  • – decided they no longer have a use for the product
  • – has caused damages to the item whilst in their possession

Please note our products may appear slightly different in person than on screen. We do our best to accurately advertise our products as they appear. Natural variations in wood grain and engraving colouring are not uncommon. As each item is carefully and lovingly hand made there may be some small variations from product to product.

While we do our best to ensure that everything is packaged safely before leaving the studio sometimes damaged can occur in transit. If this is the case please get in touch immediately and we can offer a solution. Often this will be remaking the product and lodging a claim with the courier companies. In some instances you will be given the option of a refund or to keep the existing product at a discounted price if the damage is minimal. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and the parcel is returned to us, new shipping fees will be invoiced at the expense of the client.

Intellectual Property

All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, text, HTML code or other intellectual property that is available via our website and social media platforms, is the copyright material of Peg Creative and remains our intellectual property at all times.

This content may not be reproduced in whole or in part without the express consent. The use of our intellectual property in relation to any business or for the advancement of any commercial venture is strictly forbidden. Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if we deem them to be misusing our service, or using our service in an unlawful manner.
